1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing goalzgainzandglory.com, join.goalzgainzandglory.com, or enrolling in any Goalz Gainz and Glory program (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Goalz Gainz and Glory provides coaching and educational services across three areas:
- Fitness and mindset coaching — training guidance, nutrition education, and accountability
- Credit repair education and services — guidance and support related to reviewing and disputing credit report items
- Business and income coaching — guidance on business planning and funding options
Services are delivered through digital guides, coaching calls, community access, and/or done-for-you support depending on your enrolled tier (Foundation, Accelerator, Elite, or Funding).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our Services.
4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Goalz Gainz and Glory is not a medical provider. Our fitness and nutrition guidance is for educational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician. Consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition. You participate in any fitness activity at your own risk.
5. Credit Repair Disclosures (Required by Federal Law)
If you enroll in a program that includes credit repair services, the following disclosures apply as required under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Arizona Credit Repair Organizations Act (A.R.S. § 44-1701 et seq.):
- You have the right to cancel your contract for credit repair services without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date you signed the contract. Notice of cancellation must be sent to the address specified in your service agreement.
- You have the right to a full refund within 15 days of the date you signed the contract, as required under Arizona law.
- We will not charge or receive payment for credit repair services before the services are fully and completely performed, unless and until Goalz Gainz and Glory has obtained the surety bond required under A.R.S. § 44-1703 and filed it with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
- Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law: You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. If you request, a consumer reporting agency must investigate and delete inaccurate information at no charge to you. You have a right to obtain a free copy of your credit report periodically, as provided by law. You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act, and this right cannot be waived.
- We do not guarantee specific credit score increases, the removal of any specific item from your credit report, or any particular outcome, as results depend on factors outside our control, including the response of creditors and credit bureaus.
Important note: These disclosures reflect the core requirements of federal CROA and Arizona's credit repair statute as a starting foundation. Arizona requires a surety bond filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission before charging for credit repair services in advance of completion — confirm bonding status before enrolling clients in any tier that charges for credit repair before work is finished. This section should be reviewed by a licensed Arizona attorney before scaling credit repair enrollments.
6. Business and Income Coaching Disclaimer
Business and income coaching, including guidance related to business funding, is educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific business result, funding approval, loan amount, or income outcome. Any business or financial decisions you make are your own responsibility.
7. No Guarantee of Results / Testimonials
Testimonials and transformation stories shared on our site and social media reflect real client experiences shared with permission. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, and individual circumstances. Testimonials are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
8. Payment Terms
- Fees for Foundation and Accelerator tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
- Elite and Funding tier pricing is customized and outlined in a separate agreement upon application and acceptance.
- You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time by contacting [email protected]; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
- All sales are final except as required by law or as described in Section 5 (Credit Repair Disclosures) for the applicable cancellation window.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services — including guides, videos, training materials, and coaching frameworks — is the property of Goalz Gainz and Glory and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access accounts that are not yours, reselling our materials, or using our Services for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goalz Gainz and Glory and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goalz Gainz and Glory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
